How to Request Documents from the NSU Library
Local Students

• To request a document:

            • Go to www.nova.edu/library/serv/docdel/local.html

            • Click on Request Materials

• Click on Enter the ILLiad System Here

• Log in using your last name and your NSU ID Number

• You will see a variety of request options.

• Click on Change User Information (button at top).

• Here you can set important preferences, e.g.,:

• Notification by email or phone?

• Prefer electronic delivery? (yes or no)

• Where you want to pick up print materials

• You should enter your preferences now

• As mentioned earlier, local online students who prefer postal delivery of documents must arrange this with the library’s document delivery office (call 954-262-4602 or email library@nova.edu)

• Later, we’ll ask you to go through the process of requesting a document
