How to Request Documents from the NSU Library
Distance Students

• To request a document:

            • Go to www.nova.edu/library/serv/docdel/distance.html

            • Click on Request Materials

• Click on Enter the ILLiad System Here

• Log in using your last name and your NSU ID Number

• Click on Change User Information (button at top)

• Here you can set important preferences, e.g.,:

• Notification by email or phone?

• Prefer electronic delivery? (yes or no)

• You should ignore the request for where you want to pick up print materials (this does not apply to distance students)

• You should enter your preferences now

• In the section Request Forms, you will see a variety of request options. Below we’ll ask you to go through the process of requesting a journal article and a conference paper.
