Full-Text Journal Title Search
• In order to try to find a full-text article using this search mode, you must know at least one of the following:
• The name of the journal in which the article is located
• The name of the publisher of the journal
• The International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) of the journal
• If you’re not sure about the exact name of the journal, you could look through an alphabetical list of journal titles or scroll through a list of subjects
• Search results may link directly to the full-text journal or to a database where the full-text journal is available
• When you find the journal you want you can search it for specific articles
• Now let’s try out this search mode
• Go to any NSU library page that has the black navigation bar across the top
• Move your cursor to Electronic Resources, scroll to Full-Text Journal Title Search and click on it
• Click on CURRENT NSU STUDENTS, STAFF, AND FACULTY
• Let’s use the article:
Codd, E.F. (1979) Extending the Data Base Relational Model to Capture More Meaning. ACM Transactions on Database Systems, 4(4), 397–434.
• Then start the full-text journal title search as described above using the name of the journal
• When you find the journal, search for the article using its title
