Master’s and Graduate Certificates Checklist

Before proceeding to the online application, please carefully review the checklist below. You will need to submit the following items to complete your application. To ensure evaluation for the desired starting term, reviewable applications must be received at least one month prior to the start of that term. Late applications that cannot be processed in time for the desired starting term will be considered for the next available term.  

• Complete the online application
• Pay non-refundable $50 application fee in U.S. dollars
• Résumé
• All official transcripts
• If applicable, official transcript evaluation of foreign degree for determination of U.S. equivalence
• If applicable, evidence of English language proficiency (i.e. TOEFL scores)

The school may request additional documentation to support the application. In addition, you may submit standardized test scores or any additional documentation to strengthen your application.

If you have already submitted an application, please contact your admissions counselor first before submitting another one. Otherwise, you will be charged and responsible for an additional $50 application fee. 

To start your online application, click the “Apply Now” button above. First time users will need to create an account. Please remember your Login ID and PIN as they will be required should you need to complete your application in more than one session. Additionally, they can be used to return to this site to view a summary of your application and a checklist of items needed to complete your application.
