About
I am 30 years old. I am in my 3rd year of study at Nova Southeastern University, pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Systems. I currently employed in the Washington, DC area, and occasionally teach computing courses for local schools. I completed my MS in Computer Science from Howard University in Washington, DC in December 2002. I completed my Bachelor's in Computer Information Science from Benedict College, in Columbia, SC in December 2000 (awarded in May 2001). My hobbies include gaming, travel, movies, pool, and bowling. I am an Army Brat, born at the infamous Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. I currently reside in Maryland.

Research Interests
My research interests involve Peer-to-Peer Systems [P2P], Role Based Access Control [RBAC] and related models, and Digital Rights Management Technology [DRM]. Secondary interests include Privacy Enhancing Technologies, Intrustion Detection, and the Impact of Open-Source Software.
