Information About Dr. McFarland

As an Information Technology professional, educator and author, Dr. McFarland has been involved as an IS Director, Project Manager, Systems Analyst, Data base Administrator, and Technical Consultant for various clients including IBM, American Express, Arizona Public Service Company, and Pacific Power. Additionally, he has taught both part-time and full-time at the UCLA, Northern Arizona University, the University of Phoenix, and Nova Southeastern University in various modalities including "on-ground", distance education, and Internet courses.
